Summer help wanted: Are you looking for a great warm summer job? The City of Starbuck is looking for lifeguards for our public beach.  These individuals will work different shifts each day with a total of approximately 30 hours a week, be provided with a swimsuit and a rate of pay at $9.00 per hour.
